1. Before you can log in as a Mobile User, you will need to accept the invitation sent by your team. This step ensures that your account is properly set up and connected to your organization.
You will receive an invitation email from your team.
To join your organization, please:
° Open the email and accept the invitation.
° Set up your password to complete the account creation process.
Note: If you do not see the invitation email in your inbox, please:
Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
If you still cannot find it, please contact your Organization’s Admin(s). They can review your user status in the Team Directory and resend the invitation if needed.

In addition to the mobile app, you may also access Rakuna via the web. Here’s what you should know if you are logging in as a Mobile User for the first time:
1. As a Mobile User, your access to the web is limited:
You will only see the “Settings” tab.
You will not be able to view all organization events on the website.

2. If you want to edit your profile, please follow the steps below:
Edit “My Profile”:
From the Left Navigation Menu, select Settings
On the pop-up menu, select My Profile.
Go to“My Profile.”
Click the “Edit Profile” button to update your personal information
Fill in your information in the text fields, then click “Save Changes” to update your profile.
If you need to change your permission level:
Keep in mind that only Site Admins have the ability to adjust permissions.
If you believe you need additional access, contact the person who invited you to the organization to obtain further information.
If this person has Admin permission, he or she can update your permission level directly, or help connect you with another Admin to request the change.
