Rakuna’s Interview Scheduling gives you the flexibility to schedule different types of interviews based on your needs.
You can schedule different types of interviews, including but not limited to,
1-1 interview
Back-to-back interview
Phone interview
Video conferencing interview
Panel interview
Rakuna grouped these interview types into the standard 1-1 Interview and Panel Interview. Please follow these steps to schedule a Panel Interview
On any Rakuna Recruiting Solution page, hover over the Interviews icon on the left sidebar. You have two options:
Select ”Schedule Panel Interview” to schedule with multiple prospects.
Select “Schedule 1-1 Interview” to schedule with a single prospect.
2. Select Schedule 1-1 Interview to begin the scheduling process
(You can also choose “All Interviews” and create new interviews from there)
On the “1-1 interview draft” page
