Note: Rakuna’s Default notification setting is 10 minutes before an interview. Clients can request a change to this default setting by contacting support@rakuna.co
For Interviewers
✅ Step 1: Enable Calendar Integration on Rakuna
Select the left sidebar
Navigate to “Setting”
Select “App Integrations” on the pop-up modal
You are now in the App integration window
Navigate to the “Personal” Section
Select your desired calendar and select “Enable”
Login to the account that you want to enable calendar notification
✅ Step 2: Enable Notification on Your Personal Calendar System
Once you are in your company/ personal calendar system, please follow the instruction of your respective system to set up the specific notification time before an event.
Congratulations! You have now enabled notification for your desired calendar on Rakuna as an Interviewer.
For Candidates
✅ Step 1: Add the invitation to your calendar
Open the interview invitation email
Click “Add to calendar”
Your Interview is now added to your chosen calendar
✅ Step 2: Enable Notification on Your Personal Calendar System
Once you are in your company/ personal calendar system, please follow the instruction of your respective system to set up the specific notification time before an event.
