To invite any interviewers, there are two ways:
✅ If the interviewer is in your team directory.
You can add interviewer(s) while creating an interview by following these steps:
Open [Create new panel interview] page
Input the interviewer’s email/name in the “Interviewer” textbox (can include multiple interviewers) and choose the interviewer(s) you want to invite.
✅ If the interviewer(s) is not yet in your team directory.
You can invite the interviewer(s) to join the interview by 2 options:
Option 1: Use the “Invite New User” feature in Team Directory:
Open the [Rakuna Dashboard]
Hover the “Settings” on the left sidebar
Select the “Team Directory” option
Click the “Invite New User” button on the top right corner
Input their information
Click the “Send” button to send the invitation. The interviewer will receive an email - “Invitation instruction to join Rakuna.” Follow the instructions to join your organization successfully.
Option 2: Use add new interviewer feature while creating a new interview.
Open the [Rakuna Interview Dashboard]
Hover the plus icon feature in the Interviewer textbox
In the popup modal “Invite New Interviewer” input the interviewer’s information
Click the “Save” button to send the interview invitation to the interviewer. The interviewer will receive the email - “Pending invitation to the [Interview name].” Follow the instructions to join the interview successfully.
To invite any prospect(s), there are two ways:
✅ If the prospect is already on the prospect list.
You can add prospect(s) while creating an interview by following these steps:
Open [Create new panel interview] page
Input all required information to generate time slots
Click the “Generate Time Slot” button to see generated time slot
Expand a time slot you would like to invite the prospect in.
Input the prospect’s email/name in the “Prospect” textbox (can include multiple prospects) and choose the prospect you want to invite.
✅ If the prospect(s) is not yet on your prospect list.
You can invite the prospect(s) to join the interview by 2 options:
Option 1: Use add new prospect feature while creating a new interview.
Open [Create new panel interview] page
Input all required information to generate time slots
Click the “Generate Time Slot” button to see all created time slots
Expand a time slot you would like to invite the prospect in.
Hover the plus icon feature in the prospect textbox
In the popup modal “Add prospect” input the prospect’s information
Click the “Save” button to send the interview invitation to the prospect.
Note: After publishing the interview, the prospect will receive the email - “Interview Invitation…” and can accept or decline to join the interview’s time slot. Note: prospect will also be added to the prospect list.
Option2: Use the self-scheduling link after you’ve published the interview event, follow these steps:
Open [Interview Index Page]
Choose your published interview’s name
Click copy icon in the “Self-schedule link” box
Send the link to prospect(s) to invite them to select suitable time slots.
Option 3: Use the edit time slot feature after you’ve published the interview event, follow these steps:
Open [Interview Index Page]
Choose your published interview’s name
Click on the “Edit Time Slot” button
Add prospect(s) email in the prospect textbox
Click the “submit” button. The prospect will receive the email - “Interview Invitation…” and can accept or decline to join the interview’s time slot.
Note: prospect will also be added to the prospect list.
