• Step 1: On the ‘Navigation Sidebar’, select the ‘CRM’ tab, then navigate to the ‘Text Campaigns’ option:

  • Step 2: You can only abort campaigns with the ‘In Progress’ or ‘Scheduled’ status. Select any SMS campaign with those statuses in your campaign list:

  • Step 3: You can abort the campaign by clicking the ‘X’ icon button on the top-right corner:
