• Step 1: On the ‘Navigation Sidebar’, select the ‘Setting’ tab then navigate to ‘Team Directory’.

  • Step 2: Click the “Invite New User” button.

  • Step 3: Fill out new user information, roles & permissions in each product that your company has access to

  • Step 4: Click “Send”

Please note: Only site admin can invite new users to use Rakuna products
