What Are the Different Roles in Rakuna Recruiting CRM?

Besides the Site Admin ( who has admin permission for the entire system), Rakuna Recruiting CRM has 2 additional roles for different users:

  • Admin

  • Reviewer

The following table demonstrates the differences between the Admin and the Reviewer permissions:

CRM - Email Campaigns

  • View the Email Campaign Index page

  • Use the search function

  • Create a new Email Campaign

  • View the Email Campaign details page

  • Archive Email Campaign

  • Abort Email Campaign

Form & Messaging Template

  • View the Evaluation Form Index page

  • View Messaging template list & Messaging details

  • Use the filter tool in the navigation bar

  • Edit draft Form & Messaging template

  • Duplicate Form & Messaging template

  • Archive Form & Messaging template

Prospect List

  • View the Prospect Index page

  • Use the prospect sort and filter tool, use the search function

  • View prospect profile

  • Add prospects

  • Archive prospect

  • Add prospect to a Talent pool

  • Edit prospect

  • Share prospect(s)

  • Add tag(s) to prospect

  • Download Resume Snapshots

  • Download CSV file

  • Start email campaign

  • Send 1-1 email

Talent Pool

  • View the Talent Pool Index page

  • Create a new talent pool

  • Use the search function

  • See the talent pool details

  • Using all tools on the Talent Pool Detail page

  • Archive talent pool(s)

  • Start Email Campaign to selected talent pool(s)

Settings:

  • View My organization

  • Edit My Profile

  • Use the App Integrations feature

  • View Import History

CRM - Email Campaigns

  • View the Email Campaign Index page

  • Use the search function

Prospect List

  • View the Prospect Index page

  • Use the prospect sort and filter tool, and use the search function

  • View prospect profile

  • Share prospect(s)

  • Add tag(s) to prospect

  • Download CSV file

Talent Pool

  • View the Talent Pool Index page

  • Use the search function

  • See the talent pool details

  • Using all tools on the Talent Pool Detail page

  • Start Email Campaign to selected talent pool(s)
