How to abort an email campaign?

  • Step 1: On the ‘Navigation Sidebar’, select the ‘CRM’ tab, then click ‘Email Campaigns’.

  • Step 2: You can only abort campaigns with the ‘In Progress’ status. Click on a campaign with the ‘In Progress” status.

  • Step 3: You can abort the campaign by clicking the “X” icon button on the top-right corner
