Step 1: On the left navigation bar, click ‘Settings’ then navigate to ‘Import History’.
Step 2: You can see the progress of your import in the second column
📝Note: you can also check how many new prospects the upload adds, how many existing prospects edited after the upload and also upload time.
There are three possible status:
Successful: Your import is ready. There is no error in your file
Error: The system is trying to import your file
Failed: We can not import your file because there are errors in your file
In this case, revisit the file and make sure you have inserted the information according to the file original format.
