What is EEOC?

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of their demographic.

What does this have anything to do with us and Rakuna?

Complying with the EEOC is a major concern for many businesses of all types. While an organization may be following all anti-discrimination best practices through their recruitment and talent management workflows, if they are not reporting the correct information as required, they may be non-compliant in the eyes of the law.

Rakuna, as a software service provider, supports our clients to comply with EEOC by allowing you to collect diversity information regarding your prospects/candidates via voluntary EEOC form.

The EEOC form is integrated within the Post-event Survey feature (Survey Portal). The survey can be submitted without any voluntary answers to the EEOC form.

This is how the standard EEOC form being used looks like (which is not currently customizable):

Where can I see the survey results for EEOC forms?

At the moment, Rakuna will only generate on-demand EEOC reports in response to governmental and business inquiries. Please contact support@rakuna.co for further assistance regarding EEOC.
