Personal calendar integration allows the Recruiting Coordinator to view the Interviewers’ calendar availability while creating an interview event.

To allow the Recruiting Coordinator to do so, the Interviewer will have to turn on the calendar integration through his/her personal account with Rakuna.

To enable integration, after logging-in:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Click “App Integrations”
  3. In the Personal section, click “Enable” to allow integration with your Google and/or Outlook calendars and follow the instructions given by Google and Outlook. Note: You can enable BOTH types calendar at the same time.
