As a recruiting coordinator or an interviewer with the “Editor” permission, you can review each time slot to make changes.
✅ When interviewers submit their requests, you’ll be able to see the new status on the interview detail page:
For proposing a new time: You’ll see the new “propose new time” box under the interviewer’s email
For the request to “Decline”: You’ll see the decline icon right next to the interviewer’s email
For the request to “Accept”: You’ll see accept (check mark) icon right next to the interviewer’s email
✅ To review each request and make new changes:
Click “Edit time slot” on the time slot with the requested changes
Note: In the "Edit Time Slot" dialog, an Editor can change Interviewer, Prospect, Date & Time, Selected Time, Location, Conference Details
Click Submit to save the change(s).
Recruiting coordinators, interviewers, and prospects affected by the new changes will receive updated invitations.
