When you are invited to an interview (NOT assigned as an “Editor”), you can see the “Propose New Time” button on their Interview Detail page.

✅ To request changes, please follow these steps:

  • When you are invited to an interview, you will receive the Interview Invitation, click the button “See Interview Detail” button in the footer of the email

  • On the redirected page, which is the Interview Detail page, click the “Propose New Time” button

  • In Propose New Time modal, Select a suggested time slot or enter a custom one

  • Click the “Submit” button to submit requests.

  • Wait for your request to be approved by the Editor. The editor will receive and review your requested changes.

Note: Once you’ve submitted your request, you still can make additional changes.
