Yes, you can!
You can include the evaluation form in your event's Pre-Event Registration Link by:
Create an Event
Select the "Evaluation form" for your event (make sure this form is published before your event starts)
Select "Show form on Pre-Event Registration link?"
After publishing the event, prospects/candidates will have to complete the embedded evaluation form in order to pre-register for the event.
