Rakuna Mobile App now supports OTP (One-Time Password) authentication as an alternative login method for situations where you cannot use your password.
Unlike password authentication which keeps you signed in for a longer time, OTP provides access for a single 10-hour session.
After the session expires, you will be asked to log in again.
*Caution: Do not share your OTP with anyone. Rakuna will never contact you by phone or text to request your OTP.
