For normal offline events

When creating the Evaluation Form, you will see two separate sections for the Candidate Form and the Recruiter Form. On the Mobile app, these sections will also be separated into two tabs. Both sections will include all Evaluation Form questions created by the recruiting coordinators.

Questions of the Recruiter Form can only be accessed on the mobile app by inputting Face ID, Finger ID, or Passcode of the mobile phone owner.

When using in a student-facing situation or allowing the student to input the information into the form on the phone by themselves, confidential comments about the candidate that the Recruiter want to include in the form will be kept private.

For Virtual Events

As a candidate-facing portal, the Pre-event Registration Page of the Virtual Event feature will not show Recruiter Form questions in the registration form.

If you wish to use the recruiter-only questions, head to the mobile app, select the virtual event, and navigate to the Event Interactions list. There you can select candidates to edit their forms just like normal offline recruiting events.

For Interview Scheduling

Since all interfaces of the Interview Scheduling product are recruiter-facing, all question types, regardless of their recruiter-only settings, will be visible in the Interview Log page.
