Users of Rakuna Recruiting CRM can duplicate an existing communication touch in an email campaign by following these steps:
Step 1: Start a new email campaign. If you do not know how to start a new email campaign, consult the guide in the following link.
Step 2: Once at the email drafting page, navigate to the blue header on top of an existing touch.
Step 3: Select the duplication icon on the header.
The content of your email should now be duplicated as a next touch.
