There are four ways to start a new campaign:
Start a new campaign from the ‘Navigation Sidebar’
Start a new campaign from ‘Campaign Index Page’
Start a new campaign from ‘Prospect Table’
Start a new campaign from ‘Talent Pool Index Page’
Method 1. Start a new campaign from the ‘Navigation sidebar’
Step 1: On the ‘Navigation Sidebar’, click the ‘CRM’ tab, then select ‘New Email Campaign’.
Step 2: Input campaign name and select your targeted audience from your prospects and talent pools
Step 3: Start inputting information for your touchpoints. You need to fill out all information below
Touchpoint start time
From and Reply-to field
Touchpoint email subject
Touchpoint email content
Step 4: Add a new touchpoint if you need more than one touchpoint. Simply click on the ‘+’ symbol.
Step 5: Repeat step 3 to 4 to create multiple touchpoints.
Step 6: Review your email campaign. You can delete touchpoints by clicking on “Delete”. button on the top right corner of each touchpoint window.
Step 7: If you want to edit your email campaign in the future, click ‘Save as Draft’.
Step 8: If you want to start your email campaign, click ‘Launch’.
Method 2. Start a new campaign from the Campaign Index Page
Step 1: On the ‘Navigation Sidebar’, click the ‘CRM’ tab, then select ‘New Email Campaign’.
Step 2: Click “New Campaign”
Step 3: Repeat step 1 - 8 from Method 1 to start your campaign.
Method 3. Start a new campaign from the Prospect Table
Step 1: On the left navigation sidebar, select Prospect then click “Prospect List”
Step 2: Select prospects whom you want to send email campaign to
Step 3: Follow step 1 - 8 in the Method 1 to start your campaign.
