When setting up an event, you can add some instructions for the assigned recruiters. Whether you want to remind them to come 10 minutes early, or to wear formal attire, your notes will be sent to the recruiters' mailbox as you publish the event.

You can also come back and update your Notes to Recruiter(s) later even when the event has been published.
