Rakuna’s Interview Scheduling is robust in that it gives you flexibility in scheduling different types of interviews based on your needs.

You can schedule different types of interviews, including but not limited to,

  • 1-1 interview

  • Back-to-back interview

  • Phone interview

  • Video conferencing interview

  • Panel interview

Rakuna grouped these interview types into the standard “1-1 Interview” and “Panel Interview”

  1. Hover over the “Interviews” icon on the left sidebar. You have two options:

  • Select ”Schedule Panel Interviews” to schedule with multiple prospects.

  • Select “Schedule 1-1 Interview” to schedule with a single prospect.

(you can also choose “All Interviews” and create new interviews from there)

On the “Panel interviews draft” page:

  1. Fill out the required fields (marked with * symbol) for publishing:

  • Interview Title

  • Interviewer (can include multiple interviewers)

  • General Location:

    • If your interview is offline, you can type your physical location.

    • If your interview is online, you can type “Online”

  • Date, time, and timezone

  • Slot duration & break time between slots

2. Fill out the optional fields for publishing:

  • Expand the “Additional Information” section:

  • Interview evaluation form

  • Post-interview messaging template

  • Note to prospect

  • Note to interviewers

  • Conference Details: you can put your conference link and info, for example, Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, and MS Teams.

3. Click the “Generate Time Slots” button

4. Time slots will be generated.

To invite prospect(s) directly while creating an interview, you can expand individual slots and add the individual prospect(s) in the “Prospect” field.

Tip: Leave this field blank if you want prospect(s) to self-schedule instead by sending them a self-schedule link.

5. Click “Publish” to create a new panel interview event
