Rakuna’s Interview Scheduling is powerful in that it gives you the flexibility in scheduling different types of interviews based on your needs.

Different types of interviews you can schedule includes but not limited to:

  • 1-1
  • Back-to-back
  • Phone
  • Video conferencing
  • Panel

To schedule an interview:

1. Click “New Interview”

2. Fill out the required fields:

  • Interview name
  • Guest (can include multiple interviewers)
  • Location
  • Date & time
  • Slot duration (Minute break is not required)

3. Click “Generate Timeslots”

4. To invite candidates directly: Expand individual or multiple slots and add the candidate’s email in the “Email” field. Leave this field blank if you want candidates to self-schedule instead.

5. Click tab “Description & Forms” and fill out the optional fields:

  • Associated Job URL/link
  • General description to all candidates
  • General description to all interviewers
  • Interview evaluation form
  • Post-interview messaging template

6. Click “Publish” to create the interview event
