This feature allows the interviewer to directly evaluate a candidate during or after an interview and save the information in the system for further assessment.
To log an interview evaluation:
1.Go to “Interviews” and open the interview event
2. Scroll down to “Time Slots Detail” and click “Log Interview” next to the assigned candidate
3. Fill in the form and click “Submit” to save the information
In addition, while logging in the candidate’s assessment, interviewers can also view the candidate’s resume (click “Resume") and comments from other interviewers/recruiters on the same page.
Finally, after submitting your comments, interviewers can also indicate the candidate’s hiring status by choosing one of the three options: Hired, Tentative, Rejected, in the Evaluation Form. The result will also be shown in the individual Prospect’s individual profile page.
