Interviewers can invite candidates via two (2) ways:

(1) Invite directly when creating an interview time slot:

While creating an interview event and generating multiple time slots, input the candidate’s email in the “Candidate” box if that specific time slot has already been confirmed with that candidate. Both interviewers and candidates will receive confirmation when a time slot is booked as well as an interview reminder via email.

(2) Invite via “Interview Schedule Link”: 

If you would like for candidates to choose the interview time slots on their own, you can send the generated “Interview Schedule Link.” The link will not work until the event is published, and will expire once the interview event (not session) has started. Both interviewers and candidates will receive confirmation when a time slot is booked as well as an interview reminder via email.
