Personal calendar integration allows Event Creators to send invitations to recruiters assigned to an event directly through their preferred calendar service. This feature also ensures that any updates to upcoming events are efficiently communicated to the recruiting team.
Rakuna currently supports the two most popular calendar services among enterprise users: Outlook Calendar and Google Calendar.
To enable this feature, recruiters can activate Calendar Integration on the Rakuna Web Platform.
Steps to enable Calendar Integration:
Log into the Rakuna Web Platform.
Go to “Settings”
Click on “App Integrations”
Under the Personal section, click “Enable” to integrate your Google and/or Outlook calendars. Follow the instructions provided by Google or Outlook.
Note: You can enable both calendar services simultaneously.
It is recommended that all event creators enable Calendar Integration to ensure efficient communication of any event updates.
