Before submitting their information to the Recruiters (including contact information such as email, phone number, LinkedIn, etc.) Prospects have to confirm their agreement to receive emails, phone calls and SMS from the Recruiters via the information that they provided. They also have to confirm their agreement with Rakuna's Terms of Service. Confirmation shall be acknowledged both when the candidate self registers through the Event Pre-Registration form, and when the candidate signs up in person at the event.
