Recruiters can add tags to interactions while capturing or editing them on the mobile app. It's important to note that Recruiters using the mobile app can only select existing tags. Creating new tags is exclusively available on the Rakuna Web Dashboard.

Therefore, if the admin user would like to allow on-site recruiters to categorize prospects at the event, they will need to instruct mobile users on how to use the tags correctly.
