How to Check the Email Status of Individual Recipients in a Sent Email Touch

If you need to check the email status of individual recipients of a sent email touch, please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the CRM Tab on the Sidebar, then Click 'Email Campaigns'

  • Choose your email campaign. It can be an In-progress or Completed campaign

When you're on the Campaign Detail page, you can check individual emails’ delivery reports for touches with the "Complete" status by following these steps:

In the Email Status Window, each recipient will have an email status associated with it:

  • Processed: The email server has successfully processed your email, but whether the recipient has received it is unknown.

  • Deferred: The recipient mail server asked Rakuna Recruiting CRM to stop sending emails so fast.

  • Delivered: Rakuna Recruiting CRM has successfully delivered the email to the recipient's inbox. Delivered emails are included in the next email touch by default.

  • Open: The recipient has opened the email.

  • Click: Whenever a recipient clicks one of the Click Tracked links in your email.

  • Bounce: The email has failed to reach the recipient's inbox. Bounced emails are excluded from the next email touch by default.

  • Dropped: We will drop an email when the contact on that email is in one of your suppression groups, the recipient email previously bounced, or that recipient has marked your email as spam.
