Modify Email Content and Recipients in an Active Email Campaign

If you need to make changes to the content of an email within an active email campaign that hasn't been sent yet, or if you want to adjust the list of recipients in an ongoing email campaign, please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the CRM Tab on the Sidebar, then Click 'Email Campaigns

  • Choose your active email campaign. An active campaign will display an "In Progress" status.

When you're on the Campaign Detail page, you can edit touches that are in the "Waiting" status by following these steps:

  • Select the Edit Icon in touches with the Waiting status

  • In the Editor Window, click the Email Icon to modify the content of your email and other logistical details

  • Click on the Recipient Icon and use the Skip Sending checkbox to exclude specific individuals from receiving the email touch

Finally, click β€œSubmit β€œ to apply the changes.

  • For the recipients that you skipped, the Skip Sending checkbox in the Email Status Window for completed touches will be checked to inform you of your previous decisions.
