When the Interview Coordinator cancels an interview, both Interviewers and Interviewees will receive email notification automatically.

Conditions for a “Cancelation Notice email” to be sent

  • When an interview is “Published” and has not passed the “End Time”

  • When a timeslot has both prospects and interviewers
