What Are the Different Roles in Rakuna Interview Scheduling Solution?

Besides the Site Admin ( who has the admin permission for the entire system), Rakuna Interview Scheduling has 2 additional roles for different users:

  • Admin

  • Reviewer

The following table demonstrates the differences between the Admin and the Reviewer permissions:

Interviews

  • View all interviews

  • Create new Interview

  • View the Interview Scheduling details

  • Edit all interview time slots

  • View all interviewers’ evaluations of candidates

  • Make final recommendation

  • Archive Interviews

Form & Messaging

  • View Evaluation Form Index Page

  • View messaging template list & messaging details

  • Using the filter tool in the navigation bar

  • Create a new Form & Messaging template

  • Edit draft Form & Messaging template

  • Duplicate Form & Messaging template

  • Archive Form & Messaging template

Prospect

  • View the Prospect Index Page

  • Use the prospect sort and filter tool, and use the search function

  • View prospect profile

  • Share prospect(s)

  • Add tag(s) to prospect

  • Download CSV file

Settings:

  • View My organization

  • Edit My Profile

  • Use the App Integrations feature

  • View Import History

Interviews

  • View all interviews (Only when assigned)

  • View Interview Scheduling details

  • Edit all timeslot (Only when assigned)

  • View timeslots' feedback (Only when assigned)

Form & Messaging

  • View Evaluation Form Index Page

  • View messaging template list & messaging detail

Prospect List

  • View the Prospect Index Page

  • Use prospect sort and filter tool, search engine

  • Share prospect

  • Add tag(s) to prospect

  • Download CSV file

Setting

  • View My organization

  • Edit My Profile

  • Use the App Integrations feature

  • View Import History
