Manual Mode

Manual Mode allows you to enter a candidate’s information directly without scanning a physical resume. Use it for quick conversations, walk-up candidates without printed resumes, or situations in which you prefer to type notes instead of capturing a docum

How to use Manual Mode

  1. Select your event, then tap Manual Input.

  2. Fill in candidate’s required information (fields with asterisk symbol). You can set your device up for candidates to manually input the information themselves. Just like with Snapshot Mode, a set of pre-created evaluation questions can be attached to the Candidate Form to help capture additional candidate details.

Attaching an Existing Resume

If a candidate does not have a physical resume available during the event but has a digital version, he/she can send it to your company’s device via email or AirDrop. Once you have received the file, tap the gallery icon in the bottom-right corner and select the resume from your device to upload it to the candidate’s record.
