Step 1: On the ‘Navigation Sidebar, select ‘CRM’ then click the ‘Text Inbox’ option.

Step 2: In the ‘Text Inbox’, choose a prospect you want to start/continue a conversation.

Step 3: Select the info "i" icon next to the prospect’s name & prospect’s phone number:

Step 4: Click outside the profile window to close the prospect profile
