Step 1: On the ‘Navigation Sidebar, select ‘CRM’ then click the ‘Text Inbox’ option:

Step 2: Select the “New Message” option at the top right corner:

Step 3: Select a prospect to start sending SMS messages:

Step 4: Input the content for your message:

Step 5: Select the send/paper plane icon to send your message.
