Step 1: On the ‘Navigation Sidebar, select ‘Prospect’ then navigate to the ‘Prospect List’ option:

Step 2: Select prospects you want to include in the SMS campaign, then click the ‘Send Messages’” (chat bubble) icon.

Step 3: You can then fill out the content you want to reach your target audience in the main body of each touch window.

Please note that you must fill in the main content and execution time for each touch to start a campaign.

Step 4: Click “Send” once you are done editing your touches.
