Users have 3 ways to start a new campaign:
Start a new campaign from the ‘Campaign Index Page’
Start a new campaign from the ‘Prospect Table’
Start a new campaign from the ‘Talent Pool Index Page’
Method 1. Start a new campaign from the ‘Text Campaign Index Page’
Step 1: In the ‘Navigation Sidebar,’ click the ‘CRM’ tab, then select ‘Text Campaigns’ in the drop-down menu:
Step 2: Select ‘New Campaign’ - located at the top right corner:
Step 3: In the “Create New Campaign” screen, you can start filling in your campaign details such as campaign name, execution time, and select your targeted audience from your prospects and talent pools:
Step 4: Start inputting information for your touchpoints.
You can then fill out the message content you want to reach your target audience in the main body of each touch window.
Please note that you must fill in the main message content for each touch to start a campaign.
Step 5: You can create an automated sms sequence if you need more than one touch. Simply click the "+" symbol.
Step 6: You can repeat steps 4 to 5 to create multiple touches.
Step 7: Remember to review your SMS campaign. You can delete touchpoints by clicking the ‘Delete’ button on the top right corner of each touch window:
Step 8: If you want to edit your SMS campaign in the future, click ‘Save as Draft’:
Step 9: Once all the required fields are filled, you can start your SMS campaign by clicking the ‘Launch’ button on the top right corner:
Method 2. Start a new campaign from the Prospect Table
Step 1: On the left navigation sidebar, select Prospect then navigate to ‘Prospect List’:
Step 2: Select prospects you want to include in the SMS campaign and press the ‘Start Campaign Button (loudspeaker icon) to begin your campaign:
Step 3: After clicking the Start campaign/ loudspeaker icon, you will be prompted to pick between an email campaign or a text campaign (if you subscribe to both services), select ‘Text campaign’:
Step 4: Simply follow steps 1 - 9 in Method 1 to start your campaign.
