How to create a new talent pool?

It is possible to create different talent pools to better classify and manage different candidates. Simply follow the steps:

  • Step 1: On the left navigation bar, select ‘Prospect’, then navigate to the ‘Talent Pool’
    ​

  • Step 2: Click “New Talent Pool” (top right corner button)
    ​

  • Step 3: Input the name for your new talent pool. If the name has already existed, a notification will pop up. After inputting your new talent pool name, click ‘Create’.
    ​

You will see your newly created talent pool in the talent pool list.
