The “Submit & Review” email (or Submit & Review Portal) is sent to each prospect after an event. Through this email, the prospect can:
Review the information they submitted to you at the event (their basic information and education information) and make any corrections if needed
Submit a PDF version of their resume
Leave a 5-star rating and anonymous feedback on their experience with your team
This feature comes in handy when you want to track your team’s performance and improve your candidate experience, and it is enabled by default for all of your events. Candidates can also reach out to Rakuna for any support with reviewing or submitting their information.
