Use the Interview Dashboard to view a real-time snapshot of interview activity across your organization.
Accessing the dashboard
Go to Dashboard > Interview Dashboard from the main navigation.
What you will see
Key Metrics Summary:
Total Interviews: Overall count of interviews conducted/scheduled.
Total Candidates: Number of total candidates in the evaluation process.
Hire per Interview Rate: Percentage of successful hires generated per interview.
Interview Activity Chart:
Interactive chart showing interview trends over time with options to filter by Select Time Range (e.g., Monthly).
Status breakdown distinguishing between Scheduled and Empty slots/interviews.
Interviewer Ranking:
Table displaying interviewer activity ranked by the total Number of Interviews conducted.
Detailed columns including interviewers’ name and email addresses.
