The Last Login column in your Team Directory (Settings > Team Directory) shows the most recent date a team member accessed his/her Rakuna account.
Does it include mobile app logins?
Yes, Last Log in reflects the most recent login across both the Web Dashboard and the Rakuna Recruit mobile app. If a team member only uses the mobile app and never logs into the Web Dashboard, his/her mobile login activity will still be reflected here.
Why a team member might show no Last Login date
He/she has not logged in since his/her account was created (the invite is still pending acceptance).
He/she is a Mobile-Only user who has not yet opened the mobile app after accepting his/her invitation.
If Last Login looks incorrect
If a team member is actively using the app (e.g., submitting candidates) but his/her Last Login date is not updating, contact support@rakuna.co with his/her name and email address.
