When creating a new Evaluation Form, describe the role, position, and what you want to evaluate. Rakuna AI will generate a starting set of relevant questions and add them to your form automatically.
How to use AI suggestions
When you want to create a new evaluation form, follow these steps to generate questions using AI:
On the New Form page, click the AI icon (sparkle icon) located in the top-right toolbar next to Save as Draft.
In the AI Generates Questions pop-up, enter the role, department, or event details (e.g., "Software Engineering Intern interview") and click Generate.
Review the AI-generated questions. Edit text, adjust question options, or add/remove items as needed, then click the “Publish” button at the top-right corner.
On the Review Information modal, double-check all form details and click Publish to finalize.
Your new form will now appear on the My Evaluation Forms dashboard marked as PUBLISHED.
