Understand what a Mobile-Only user can and cannot do. Mobile-Only users are team members added specifically to help capture candidates via the Rakuna Recruit mobile app, without needing full access to the Web Dashboard. This role is commonly used for volunteers, brand ambassadors, or day-of-the-event staff.

What Mobile-Only users CANNOT do
Web Dashboard
A mobile-only user cannot use any Web Dashboard features, except for editing his/her own profile.
Mobile App:
A mobile-only user cannot edit or delete Interactions created by other recruiters
A mobile-only user cannot edit self-registered candidates (via QR code or Registration Link) once another recruiter has modified them.
Upgrading a Mobile-Only user
An organization Admin can go to Settings > Team Directory, select the user, and change their role from Mobile Only to Reviewer or Admin.
The user will need to log out of the web dashboard and log back in for the change to take effect.
