Adding Signatures Directly to Email Campaigns or Individual Emails
You can easily add your signature directly to email campaigns or individual emails. Follow these steps:
Copy Your Signature:
Open the email service you are currently using (e.g., Gmail or Outlook).
Select and right-click on your signature to copy it.
Paste Your Signature in Rakuna:
When drafting an email campaign in Rakuna, right-click in the email content area and select “Paste” to insert the copied signature.
For single emails, follow the same process to paste the signature into the email content.
Adding Signatures to an Email Template
By saving your signature in an email template, you can reuse it without copying and pasting every time. Here’s how:
Create an Email Template:
Go to the email templates section in Rakuna and create a new template.
Insert Your Signature:
Similar to adding a signature to an email campaign or individual email, paste your signature into the content area of the template.
Save the template once your signature has been added.
Use Your Template:
When drafting an email campaign or single email, select your saved template.
The signature will be easily inserted, saving you time and effort.
